Low Carb Pizza Recipe

4 oz cream cheese, softened
4 egg
1⁄3 cup heavy cream
14 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp chives, chopped
12 tsp Italian or pizza seasoning
12 tsp fresh garlic, minced, or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
12 cup pizza or tomato sauce, the lowest carb you can find
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 toppings for the pizza, your choice


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Beat together cream cheese and eggs until smooth.
  3. Add heavy cream, parmesan, chives, Italian seasoning and garlic.
  4. Spray a 9 x 13 inch pan with cooking spray or grease with oil.
  5. Place 2 cups mozzarella cheese in the bottom of the pan.
  6. Pour egg mixture over cheese.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and spread sauce over baked mixture.
  9. Add toppings of your choice.
  10. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  11. Bake until bubbly and brown.
  12. Let stand for 5 minutes.
