Healthy Broccoli And Cheese Recipe


10 oz. broccoli florets
1 cup whole grain rice
1 cup shredded, reduced fat cheddar or Swiss cheese
salt and pepper to taste 


Cook rice according to package. When rice is about 3/4 done, add broccoli to boiling water. Once rice and broccoli are cooked stir in cheese until melted. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve
