Baked Chicken, Broccoli and Rice Casserole Recipe

  1. 1 can (10 3/4 oz) Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup
  2. 1 cup water
  3. 3/4 cup of uncooked regular long grain white rice
  4. 1/4 teaspoon of ground pepper
  5. 1 1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast tenderloins
  6. Paprika
  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Stir soup, water, rice and black pepper in a 9x12 baking dish
  3. Top with chicken. Sprinkle chicken with paprika and a pinch of the pepper.
  4. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until chicken and rice are cooked through.
