- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup of uncooked regular long grain white rice
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast tenderloins
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Stir soup, water, rice and black pepper in a 9x12 baking dish
- Top with chicken. Sprinkle chicken with paprika and a pinch of the pepper.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until chicken and rice are cooked through.
