Healthy Coconut Protein Bars Recipe

  • 1 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  •  1 medium Egg
  •  1 tbsp Cinnamon
  •  3/4 cup, shredded Coconut
  •  1/4 cup Honey
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 scoop) 100% Premium Chocolate Whey Protein
  •  4 serving (serving = 1/2 cup uncooked) Trader Joe's Rolled Oats
Mix 2 cups of rolled oats and 1/2 cup of shredded coconut (I toasted it up in the oven for a few mins to give it a golden color and a roasted taste), 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder, drizzled unsweetened cocoa powder and cinnamon in a bowl and in a separate bowl mix 1 egg, 1/4 cup of honey. Start pouring in the dry mixture little by little till all of it is moist- toss back into the baking pan- I sprayed some olive oil on it. Pack it down so it's nice and tight- toss into the Oven 20 mins. After 15 minutes I added a little more coconut on the top and left it in for 5 more mins.
