Bacon Cream Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe


Ingredients
  • ½ lb bacon
  • 15-20 large mushrooms
  • 8 oz cream cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cook bacon and crumble.
  3. Remove stems from mushrooms and mince.
  4. Mix bacon, mushroom stems, and cream cheese.
  5. Place mushrooms caps on baking pan covered with aluminum foil.
  6. Fill mushrooms with mixture.
  7. Bake for 25-35 minutes.
