Rainbow Cake Roll Recipe


Ingredients:
  1. 100 grams of sugar
  2. 2 egg whites
  3. 25 gr cornstarchj
  4. 50 gr of melted butter
  5. 8 egg yolks
  6. 80 g of wheat flour
  7. salt to taste
  8. Lipstick red, green and yellow to taste
How to make:
  • Beat eggs with sugar until thick.
  • Add the sifted flour with cornstarch and stir well. Pour the melted butter and salt.
  • Stir until smooth. For three batter, give each a different color.
  • Prepare the cake pan size 22x22x2 cm concave.
  • Cover and basting with butter paper. Put each dough triangle spray into the bag.
  • Spray colors alternately tilted over the mold oven until cooked. Once cooked, remove from the mold. Brush the rolls with a peanut butter and solidified.
