Spinach Mashed Potatoes Recipe

                                                        1 (5 pound bag) of Yukon gold potatoes
                                                        6 ounce bag of spinach
                                                        3 green onion, chopped
                                                        1 stick of butter
                                                        3 ounces cream cheese
                                                        1/2 cup of half and half
                                                        2 garlic cloves
                                                        Salt and pepper


          1) Peel potatoes and garlic place them in a pot of cold water, add salt and boil for
          about 45 minutes....Place the spinach and green onions in the boiling potatoes and
          cook for about 3 to 5 minutes. Drain.
          2) Mash everything in pot and add butter, cream cheese, half and half, salt and
          pepper.
