Avocado Hummus Dip Recipe
What You'll Need:
- 1 can of garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 avocado, cubed
- juice from 1/2 of a lime
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to food processor. Blend until smooth.
2. Serve with sliced bell peppers or whole grain crackers for a delicious, protein packed snack or light meal.
