Creamy Tomato Tortellini Soup Recipe
Ingredients
2 whole large Cloves Of Garlic Minced
2 Tbl Olive Oil
2 10¾ oz Cans of Condensed Tomato Soup
¼ cup Sun Dried Tomatoes, chopped or 2 Tbl Of Sun Dried Tomato Paste
2 cups Half-and-half
2 cups Chicken Stock
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 Tbl Italian Seasoning
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
1 whole 9 Oz Package Of Cheese Filled Tortellini
½ cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese, for garnish
Directions
Saute garlic with the olive oil in a large stock pot over medium heat until golden brown.
Be sure to keep an eye on it so it doesn’t get too brown or burnt.
When the garlic is done, add tomato soup, tomatoes, half and half, chicken stock and spices.
Bring to a simmer.
Once simmering, drop tortellini into the soup. Cook according to the package directions.
After tortellini are cooked, ladle soup into bowls and top with parmesan cheese

Turkey Bacon Ranch Club Wrap Recipe
Ingredients
1 Tortilla Wrap (I used multi-grain, use what ever you prefer)
2 ounce of smoked turkey
1/2 slice sharp american cheese (or cheese of your choice)
2 slices cooked bacon**
1 tablespoon Ranch dressing
2 tomato slices
Romaine lettuce (you could also use baby spinach)
Directions
Spread ranch dressing over the center of wrap. Add turkey, cheese, bacon, tomato, and romaine.
Fold sides in and then roll up.

Easy Baked Sandwiches Recipe
- INGREDIENTS
- 1 package of King’s Hawaiian Rolls
- 1 lb. ham
- 1/2 lb Swiss cheese, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 3 T worcheshire sauce
- 2 T mustard
- 2 T brown sugar
- dash of onion powder
- Line baking dish with bottom half of rolls then layer on the ham and cheese. Top with top half of rolls.
- Mix together the melted butter, worcheshire, mustard, brown sugar and onion powder.
- Pour the sauce over the rolls, covering each one.
- Cover tightly and marinate for a few hours or overnight(I did about 6 hours).
- When ready for dinner, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and roll tops are a bit golden.
