Cinnamon Roll Cake

Cinnamon Roll Cake


Cake:
3 c. flour
1/4 tsp.salt
1 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter, melted

Topping:
1 c. butter, softened
1 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. cinnamon

Mix everything together except for the butter. Slowly stir in the melted butter and pour into a greased 9x13 pan. For the topping, mix all the ingredients together until well combined. Drop evenly over the batter and swirl with a knife. Bake at 350 for 28-32 minutes.

Glaze:
2 c. powdered sugar
5 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla




While warm drizzle the glaze over the cake.

White Chocolate Cookies 'n' Cream Fudge

White Chocolate Cookies 'n' Cream Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 (5-oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 2 (12-oz.) packages white chocolate morsels
  • 1 (7-oz.) jar marshmallow cream
  • 3 cups coarsely crushed cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies (about 25 cookies), divided
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

Line a greased 9" square pan with aluminum foil; set aside.
Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil; cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add white chocolate morsels, marshmallow cream, 2 cups crushed cookies, and salt. Stir until morsels melt.
Pour fudge into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup cookies over fudge, gently pressing cookies into fudge. Cover and chill until firm (about 1 to 2 hours).
Lift uncut fudge in aluminum foil from pan; remove foil, and cut fudge into squares.

Ultimate Pretzel Crusted Peanut Butter Cookie Candy Brownie Bars

I needed to indulge today so I figure it was the perfect time to make these incredibly not healthy "Ultimate Pretzel Crusted Peanut Butter Cookie Candy Brownie Bar". Everything awesome about deserts and sweets in a single recipe. Might as well have called them heaven bars.
